Our Story
Kohler & Clark was founded in 1986 with a clear focus: producing tight-tolerance hydraulic fittings and turned components that meet aerospace specifications. Over 39 years, we have built our reputation as a go-to source for hydraulic fittings — delivering consistency, accuracy, and on-schedule performance from our facility right here in the United States.
We specialize in CNC turning of stainless steel (304, 316, 321, 15-5 PH, 17-4 PH), 4130 steel, 7075 and 2024 aluminum, and 12L14 free-machining steel for aerospace manufacturers. The majority of our production is hydraulic fittings — unions, adapters, flare fittings, and fluid connectors — along with related structural hardware. The parts we produce end up in flight-critical hydraulic systems where tolerance and material integrity are non-negotiable.
